We partnered with Civitta, an international consulting firm, to develop a comprehensive AI product strategy and implementation plan for startups in their Challenger AI Accelerator program. We collaborated with Dynamiq, a leading platform for Generative AI applications, to develop an advanced AI strategy that enhanced their product offerings, user engagement, and operational efficiency. Our approach included the design and development of custom generative AI models, fine-tuned using the client’s proprietary data. We focused on models like Llama 3 and Mistral, among others, to create a positive feedback loop that strengthened the platform's competitive advantage. We partnered with Periodix, a sales enablement company, to develop a custom AI Sales Assistant Chatbot designed to enhance lead generation efforts. Our solution involved creating a Llama-2 conversational model, trained on the most successful sales conversations to mimic the behavior of marketing experts. This chatbot was tailored to meet the specific needs of individual accounts, ensuring personalized and effective interactions. We also implemented a flexible deployment model using Huggingface and LangChain, allowing for seamless model upgrades and easy swapping of AI models as technology evolves.
