We partnered with Periodix, a sales enablement company, to develop a custom AI Sales Assistant Chatbot designed to enhance lead generation efforts. Our solution involved creating a Llama-2 conversational model, trained on the most successful sales conversations to mimic the behavior of marketing experts. This chatbot was tailored to meet the specific needs of individual accounts, ensuring personalized and effective interactions. We also implemented a flexible deployment model using Huggingface and LangChain, allowing for seamless model upgrades and easy swapping of AI models as technology evolves.
